In the case that you would like to make a return, first email your request to buyrussiangifts@gmail.com, where we will issue you a RPN for the goods you wish to return. Item should be returned in the original packaging. Return shipping will be paid by customer and must be traceable (i.e tracking number).
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
If customer is willing to exchange original purchase for the same dollar amount or more, no additional shipping charge will be incurred. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
