Shipping policy
All orders shipped out of our warehouse (California, LA) in 2-3 days after the order was received.
TheAmberGiftShop is not responsible for refunding the shipping amount if the buyer did not check "free shipping" at checkout (even if they are qualified). For this reason please make sure you check the "free shipping" bubble pictured below if you qualify.
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS standard mail.
If your order is $200.00 or more we may ship with signature required.
If requested, at an extra charge we can offer:
•Priority Mail - Estimated arrival in 2-5 business days
Express Mail - Estimated arrival in 1-2 business days
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the best rates we can find.
International Shipping
The FREE shipping offer only applies to US orders. All-time estimates are based on orders placed within the continental United States. International orders will be delivered within roughly 6-14 days (priority mail), or 22-40 days (standard mail) (this is not an exact estimate though, and your order may take longer than this estimation).
International Tax / Customs Regulations
The buyer must comply with all customs regulations. Import duties, taxes, and additional country charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. BuyRussianGifts is not responsible for any additional charges that the buyer may have to pay, and will not make any accommodations for this. In addition, we do not devalue items or mark them as gifts. U.S. and International Government Regulations prohibit this behavior.
Taxes:
All United States states must abide by their tax regulations.
Special Offers:
From time to time our website has special offers. Sometimes you may have to enter a special code at checkout to receive the offer. Unfortunately, if you forget to enter the code at checkout and proceed to payment and place the order, we will not be adjusting your total. It is your responsibility to enter the code to receive the discount. BuyRussianGifts.com is not required, and will not, adjust your order if you forget to do so. With this said, please make sure that you enter the code, otherwise there is nothing we can do for you.

EASY RETURN
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
Please contact us via email BuyRussiangifts@gmail.com to receive a return authorization.
If an item you received is damaged or incomplete you must contact us no later than 7 days since the item was delivered. Final sale items are not refundable.
International buyers must contact us to receive authorization and instructions for return.
