BuyRussianGifts gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise for full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. In the case that you would like to make a return, first email your request to buyrussiangifts@gmail.com, where we will issue you a RPN for the goods you wish to return. Item should be returned in the original packaging. Return shipping will be paid by customer and must be traceable (i.e tracking number).
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
